Refunds. If the pack doesn't help you send at least 3 real pitches, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms, no hoops.
Cancelling. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing us. You keep the lists you've already received and won't be charged again.
Accuracy. Each brand is checked against a public source at the time the list is made. Brands can change their plans, so we can't guarantee any brand will reply or hire you.
Privacy. We use your email only to deliver your pack and lists. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
